Christopher Anderson is a visionary pioneer in the development of innovative career education and workforce development programs and concepts. Previous initiatives are the featured articles in two nationally distributed magazines. After working in the corporate and government sectors, he decided he wanted to help young people reach educational goals and standards so they could obtain success in life.
He is motivated by a passion for youth development and for working with others to create conditions under which every young person has peerless opportunities to establish a foundation for a long, healthy, and fulfilling life.

2020-2021 – Top 20 Issues Inspiring Change in Support of Secondary Education Student Athletes’ Next Level Career Vision Focus Progression Inclusion
The purpose of this document is to inspire support for change in leveling the playing field for student athletes for Next level Progression Career Vision Focus Inclusion in secondary education sports programs. Presented are the top twenty (20) relevant issues regarding the need for secondary education scholar athletes’ plans for their next level career vision focus progression transition to college, technical school, or workforce development. Issues presented are the ones that contribute the most to the failure of student athletes not being successful in achieving the next level career progression. This problem exists in schools in every community across our nation.
Scholar Athletes Career Vision Focus Success
Over 92% of approximately 11 million middle and high school student athletes participating in sports between the sixth and twelfth grades will not and cannot participate beyond high school at the college level. Analysis of NCAA statistical data on the Probability of Student Athletes Competing Beyond High School reveals a fault in Middle School Athletic Associations and National Federation of State High School Associations NFSHSA Rules and Regulations that results in catastrophic Career Vision Focus selections failure for millions of middle and high school scholar athletes in preparations for none athletic careers.
The root cause of this catastrophic failure is the absence of Middle School Athletic Associations and NFSHSA mandate for all middle school and high school scholar athletes to declare a none athletic, academic, technical school or college career vision focus selection in order to participate in sports at the high school or middle school level. This academic career vision focus major requirement is a standard for NCAA scholar athletes.
Structural Process Sequence Flow Inclusion – Career Prep Success. This work provides awareness of an identified flaw in the Structural Process Sequence Flow as a major common factor in the inability of innovative career education and workforce development initiatives to achieve desired levels of systemic implementation success. The primary point of impact of this flaw in the Structural Process Sequence Flow is in Middle and High School Career Education environments.
America’s National Education Creed for Students. This work is a critical update to the concept designed over a period of twenty-eight years and included under a presentation entitled “Career Prep Success.” The concept was presented at Georgia State conferences and was designed to be a major factor in restructuring education in America in the new millennium.
Modified Bid Specifications Concept. Developed an innovative education concept designed to enhance and support business and education partnerships and workforce development. The original version of this concept was developed and successfully implemented in a municipal fleet operation training effort from 1981- 1986.
Developed an innovative Buy American-Hire American Jobs Creation Proposal. The proposal was developed for consideration as a cost-effective means of increasing employment and improving the economy in America.
Presented "Career Prep Success" at the Middle School Association State Conference in Savannah, Georgia, and the Georgia Tech Prep State Conference in Atlanta, Georgia.
"Career Prep Success." A presentation of an innovative educational concept developed and designed to be a major force of change in education in the new millennium at the 2001 Annual Georgia Assistant Principals’ Association Conference in Atlanta, Georgia.
Implemented an innovative career education concept at M.L. King Jr. Middle School in Atlanta, Georgia. Career Prep Success, designed over a period of twenty years, was created to be a major factor in restructuring education in America in the new millennium.
Developed and implemented an innovative, nationally recognized Transportation Technology program at Southside Comprehensive High School in Atlanta, Ga. Received national recognition in a feature article entitled, "Model Programs in Automotive/Transportation Technology Will Benefit Students, Schools, and Industry," in School Shop/Tech Directions, January 1992. AutoZone Corporation adopted the program. General Motors Corporation implemented program recommendations into GM's North Georgia Technical School training program.
Management consultant to the City of Chicago in the area of management and operations of the world’s largest municipal fleet organization with expenditures of over 120 million dollars annually. Selected as the first Deputy Commissioner Fleet Administrator for the City of Chicago under Mayor Harold Washington.
Developed innovative management strategies to help elevate the City of Atlanta Bureau of Motor Transport Services to a level of national recognition in fleet management.
Developed a proposal for the three-man cab design currently used in refuse trucks owned and operated by the City of Atlanta, Georgia. This innovative vehicle design was featured on the cover of Waste Age Magazine, August 1984.
Wrote a proposal to utilize the instant replay as an official tool in the National Football League for critical decisions. This proposal initiated a ten-year national controversy over usage of the instant replay in professional football. After that ten-year period, the basic recommendations for the instant replay were adopted in professional football.
Developed a product design proposal for solid post seat belts for Chrysler Corporation that was adopted as a national standard for automobiles.
